Colonic hydrotherapy is a clean and relaxing procedure wherein the colon is gently irrigated with pure, triple-filtered water which is then flushed outward (in a closed, smell-free system) to help remove waste and toxins, stimulate gut-brain connection and refresh the entire digestive system.

Restorative yoga focuses upon nourishing the nervous system, which can deeply unite and regulate body, mind and spirit. In this session, multiple bolsters, blankets, sandbags and other specialized props are used to completely support your body in various long-held healing postures.  This requires no effort from you, just the practice of receiving. All body conditions and limitations can be comfortably accommodated. 

Gentle breath work and other vagal-toning practices (nervous system regulating) aspects are tended to during and after the session-often offered as "homework," so you can continue to experience the benefits of a calm nervous system as you face the rigors of life.
